KROGER CARD

KROGER CARES

Everyone needs groceries, so why not let a percentage of what you spend for groceries benefit the Band Boosters?

Well, you can, simply by purchasing a Kroger Cares Gift Card from the Boosters.

 How?

You pay $5.00 for a card that is linked by Kroger to the JRHS Band Boosters. The card comes with $5.00 loaded on it that you can spend at Kroger on your next visit. Every time you shop at Kroger, stop by the Customer Service desk and load your card using cash, your debit card or credit card. When you are ready to check out, swipe your Kroger Plus card to get the benefit of Kroger specials and then pay with your Kroger Cares Card. Every month Kroger sends the Band Boosters a check for 5% of the money that has been spent on those Kroger Care Cards that are linked to the Band Boosters.

Last month the Boosters received a check from Kroger for almost $280.00.

THIS PROGRAM COSTS YOU NOTHING EXTRA. Only Kroger Care cards purchased from the Boosters are linked by Kroger to the Boosters. The cards can be used at any Kroger anywhere in the United States. Family members, neighbors, friends can shop at Kroger just as they usually do but by paying with the Kroger Cares card every dollar they spend benefits the Boosters. In these times when money is tight for so many people and traditional fundraising is challenging, this program asks you to spend nothing extra but will make a big difference in funding our budget for the year. The success of this program, Tag Day and Poinsettia sales will determine whether or not additional fundraisers are needed.

You can purchase your Kroger Care cards from Liesl Delisio. You can contact her at 794-9585 or by e mail at ldelisio@finitewisdom.com. If you have any questions contact Liesl or Sandy Bowen at 370-7877 or by adbowen@msn.com.
