Thanks to the Concession Crew!

Friday night's Homecoming Game was full of action and fast and furious activity. I am sure the game was the same! The Regiment Concession Stand was a great place to be. We cannot thank each of the volunteers (many wearing new Grub Crew shirts!) for working so hard feeding all the hungry Homecoming fans. We nearly sold out of so much that we had in stock...candy, sodas, hot dogs, popcorn, nachos, cheeseburgers, Brunswick Stew and more!

If it was not for each of you giving your time and your energy we would not have been so successful! Everyone continued to step up and out and beyond and did a great job cooking and selling. If we ran out of Chic-Fil-A sandwiches you suggested our burgers. If we were out of Skittles you suggested something else. If they asked for a Sprite you quickly handed them a Sierra Mist and smiled and went to the next customer. You even sold every one of our Diet Dr. Peppers!!!

Each of you stepped up in a great, great fashion. You are fantastic! Our leader emeritus Chris Scholz told me, "Wow, I don't know most of these folks". Many of you were not around last year and you showed up as a tenured pro. Thanks so much for helping us run a great operation and setting up, cooking up, selling up and cleaning up. Thanks, times infinity!

We hope to see each of you at least once the remainder of this season.
